Tredje advent och vår sista gäst i lådan kommer från Tjeckien. Det här kaffet har vi en särskild relation till eftersom det är köpt av vår gemensamme vän Mario Marin. Det är jättekul att smaka detta kaffe rostat av ett annat specialkafferosteri! Nordbeans berättar:

Nordbeans is a specialty coffee roasting company that takes inspiration from Czech mountains and Nordic coffee culture. The company entered the market in 2015 and was founded by the Kozel brothers, Martin and Karel. We roast specialty coffee and we share the stories of the people behind it. We are based in Liberec and we build on long-term partnerships. We work hard along with the farmers and other partners so that you can savour your coffee at the top quality. Our goal is to be counted among the most interesting roasteries in Europe.
